Empowerment Groups for Teen Girls

Girls Love Group!

Group is an amazing way to support teen girls. It’s a safe place to connect with peers, talk about the things that matter to them, learn, and find comfort in knowing that they are not alone. Girls love group because it’s the one place that they can be their authentic selves and be truly accepted for exactly who they are. Group sessions are filled with self-reflection, skill-building, and laughter.

• Social anxiety or awkwardness

• Isolation or social rejection

• Friend drama

• Low self-esteem

• Perfectionism

• Fear of judgement

• Comparing self to others

• Life transitions

• School/work stressors

• Managing strong emotions

The Details:

• I offer groups year-round. Each group is uniquely designed based on age, topics, and needs.

• Small group size: Max 5 girls.

• Groups run for a series of 6 weekly, 60-minute sessions and are closed to new members once started. Many groups choose to continue for multiple cycles and new members are welcome to join when there is an opening.

• Groups are paid in advance. Your fee reserves your teen's spot in group and is due regardless of attendance. This helps to ensure continuity and group cohesion.

• An initial intake session is required for acceptance into group if not already an established client.
