Empowerment Groups for Girls (of all ages)
Empowerment Groups provide teen and college girls with the tools they need to have strong peer and family relationships, make healthy choices, build confidence/self-esteem, and relieve stress. Each group is filled with self-reflection, skill building, and laughter. Group give girls the opportunity to talk about the things that matter to them and comfort in knowing that they are not alone.
I am passionate about group counseling because it works!! Groups are an amazing way to support teens and college girls because they are at the developmental stage where peer groups and connecting with others is priority.

- Low self-esteem
- Social rejection or isolation
- Family conflict
- Life Transitions
- High school or college stressors
- Comparing themselves to others on social media
- Feeling socially anxious or awkward

NEW MEMBERS WELCOME!
Groups are limited to 8 participants. Groups run throughout the year and enrollment is based on available openings.
When: Groups are held weekly on Sundays
Tweens/5th-8th: 2PM
Teens/9th-12th 4PM
Teens/9th-12th: 5:30PM
College-age/New Group Now Forming
Investment: $50 per session (paid monthly)
Registration: Groups are filled based on age, needs, and best fit with other group members. An intake interview is required for acceptance into group.
PLEASE NOTE: My practice is 100% private pay. I do not accept insurance as payment or participate with any insurance panels. Don't Panic! Most insurances will allow you to utilize your out-of-network benefits for partial reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to review your out-of-network benefits for mental health services provided by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R).
